Pricing and payment

The Family Tradition Kit is $64.99 in US dollars with free shipping, and you may order between one and ten kits at a time. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Prices may change, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

Where we ship

We ship only within the lower 48 United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or addresses outside the United States are refunded in full. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your kit ships.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unopened items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once the unopened kit reaches us, we refund the original payment method. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.

Availability

Each door is painted by hand in a limited run. If a kit sells out after your order is placed, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Product safety

The Julenissen door is a hand-painted wooden decor piece for family display. It is not a toy. The door is painted to look like a door and does not open or close. It is not intended for children under three due to its size, and it should be placed where it will not be pulled down. Adults should set it up and supervise its use.

Copyright and trademarks

The story, illustrations, artwork, photographs, text, and designs on this site and in the kit are the original work of Bethany C. Webb and are protected by copyright. The Julenissen Door™ is a trademark. Please do not copy, reproduce, or resell them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any claim relating to a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
