Every Julenissen Door Family Tradition Kit is hand-painted and packed here in North Carolina. Here is exactly what to expect once you order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free. The kit is $64.99, delivered. We currently ship only within the lower 48 United States.
When will my kit arrive?
Ordering is open now. Each kit ships within three weeks of your order, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way. This is a small hand-painted run, so quantities are limited.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the unopened kit, we issue a refund to the original payment method.

What if my kit arrives damaged?
